Shipping Information
Shipping availability, methods, and charges depend on your delivery address and the items in your order. Enter your address at checkout to see the options available for your order before payment. All prices below are in USD.

The options above apply to eligible items and delivery addresses; not every service is available for every order. Any available Amazon Prime option will be displayed at checkout. Orders containing items with different shipping arrangements may be sent in separate packages.
International shipping
We ship to the international destinations offered at checkout. If no shipping option appears for your address, we cannot currently accept delivery to that address.

Only the methods applicable to your items and address will be shown at checkout. The final shipping charge is shown before you place your order.
Processing, tracking, and delivery
Transit estimates are separate from order processing and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier, customs, weather, and other disruptions may affect delivery. We send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is fulfilled.
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. To request help with an address change, delayed delivery, or missing package, email service@allovin.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes under the destination country's rules. Review any taxes or duties displayed at checkout and contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
